| What does it
mean to Run it Until it Sells? |
| Ad will run for
3 months. A renewal deadline is provided on the receipt. Auto Market must be
contacted before the deadline either by use of the automated phone system or
email. Renewals will be provided for
free thereafter as long as Auto Market is contacted before the 5pm 15th of
the month deadline. If the deadline is missed,
ads can be reinstated for $19.95.
Auto Market is not responsible for late renewals or incomplete information
resulting in a canceled ad. |

| Why doesn't
anyone return my call for a free renewal? |
| In order to
provide the service of free renewals an
automated telephone service is
provided where messages can be left 24hrs a day. Please be assured your
messages are received. If you would like a confirmation of your renewal, use
our easy online email renewal system
at customer connection. Print out the form confirmation for your records. |

| Why doesn't my
price change appear on the photo ad? |
| Price changes can
be made at any time, these changes appear on the charts only which are
updated on a weekly basis. Price changes usually appear within 3-5 days. If
made before the 15th of the month the new change will appear in the up
coming magazine. |
